Housing association A2Dominion Group wants contractors to bid for places on a London construction framework, worth between 拢300m and 拢500m.
The maximum number of contractors likely to be appointed to the four-year contract is 24.
A2Dominion Group looks after 33,000 homes across London and southern England.
The work will be predominately new build, but may also involve, repair and refurbishment. Commercial elements may feature, either to shell or full fit out.
The framework will be divided into three lots:
- Lot 1 - projects worth less than 拢5m;
- Lot 2 - projects worth between 拢5m and 拢10m; and
- Lot 3 - projects with an estimated value of more than 拢10m.
Bidders are required to demonstrate an annual turnover of 拢5m or above if applying for Lot 1, 拢20m for Lot 2, and 拢25m for Lot 3.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 17 November.
