The A2Dominion Group has more 33,000 homes across London, central and southern England.
It is looking for two contractors with whom it can form joint ventures 鈥� one for housing repairs and maintenance in London and one for Oxfordshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex and Wiltshire.
Each lot has an estimated value of 拢100m to 拢200m over the lifetime of the contract, which will be an initial 10 years, with an option to extend for a further five.
