Leicestershire County Council has advertised a construction services framework worth up to 拢100m.
The council is looking to appoint a single contractor to the framework, which will run for four years, covering individual projects that range in value from 拢200,000 to 拢30m.
The projects may include design, build, remodelling, refurbishment and maintenance.
Leicestershire expects a minimum of five participants will be invited to tender, and a maximum of seven.
The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 9 April.
