Multi-skilled tradesperson/handyman required on a long term, full time position with a well established Gloucester based contractor. This is a mobile position working across properties in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Bristol. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Carpentry work
- Basic plastering
- Painting and decorating
- Ensuring work is carried out efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson/handyman
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work independently and mange workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Enhanced DBS
