Job Description
Joiner - Property Services
Location: Northumberland & Newcastle Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Temporary initially, with opportunity for permanent employment
We are currently recruiting an experienced Joiner to work on a range of property services projects across Northumberland and Newcastle.
This is a temporary role in the first instance, with the potential to be taken on permanently for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out all aspects of joinery works on occupied and void properties
Working on responsive repairs, maintenance, and planned works
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements
Liaising professionally with tenants, clients, and site teams
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card
Joinery qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
Proven experience in property services, maintenance, or a related sector
Own tools (110v or cordless)
Own van and ability to travel between sites
Strong work ethic and reliability
What We Offer:
40 hours per week
Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
