Job Description

As a Social Media Manager & Video Content Creator, you will lead content strategy and execution across major platforms, producing high-performing video and social campaigns. You'll manage organic and paid efforts, optimize funnels, and turn engagement into measurable leads, appointments, and conversions.

The Qualifications We Seek

Experience and Background

At least 5 years of relevant experience

Proven success growing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Must have experience running both organic and paid ad campaigns

Track record of generating appointments, leads, and conversions

Comfortable working autonomously and owning outcomes

Experience with funnels, booking systems, and lead magnets

Preferably with experience inside an Australian mortgage broking firm

Core Skills

Short-form video editing using CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut Pro

Graphic design using Canva or Adobe tools

Copywriting for hooks, CTAs, captions, and storytelling

Social media strategy and content repurposing

Google Analytics and data interpretation

Google Ads and Meta Ads alignment and execution

Landing page design and optimisation

E-book and lead magnet creation

Community engagement and relationship building

Your Daily Tasks

Grow and manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts

Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly

Repurpose content strategically across platforms

Build and nurture online communities
