Dove & Hawk are partnering with a highly successful independent estate agency specialising in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their established and high-performing team.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated lettings professional with at least 1 year of experience looking to take the next step within a reputable and prestigious firm.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business and source leads
List properties using the existing database and network
Register applicants and manage inbound enquiries
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Provide detailed feedback to landlords to help secure offers
Negotiate and qualify offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
Handle all necessary paperwork for a smooth lettings process
Manage the full lettings cycle from offer through to move-in
Requirements
Minimum 1 year's experience in central London lettings
ARLA qualification preferred (not essential)
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Well-presented and articulate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good IT proficiency
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 6:30pm
Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturdays: 1 in 4 (9:30am - 4:30pm)
