A leading super-prime residential maintenance and project business in London are seeking an experienced Team Leader / Head of Project Management to lead and develop their Project Management team.

The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a leadership opportunity with a genuine seat at the table, excellent support, and real scope to shape the team as it grows.

The company specialises in super-prime residential construction and maintenance and project work across London, working with private clients, family offices, and property/estate management companies. They are financially sound, growing, and have an excellent pipeline of secured work heading into 2027.

The Head of Project Management Role

The successful candidate will lead a team of Project Managers, based in London, overseeing the operational and financial success of large projects across the division. You'll act as an escalation point for the team, review larger quotations and programmes, and sit on the senior leadership team reporting directly to the Director.

You'll also be the senior client-facing point of contact, building long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, client-side PMs and QSs, and private client teams.

The Head of Project Management - Requirements

  • Strong track record in super-prime / high-end residential project delivery
  • Proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong construction knowledge
  • Good commercial acumen, margin, cost control, forecasting
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Genuine, hands-on leadership style
