Recruitment Specialist to El-Aggar group

Job Description

Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across all companies
within Elaggar Group, including Elaggar Autotires (Cairo, Alexandria, Upper Egypt),
TEMTCO, and LatexMed, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and
onboarding. This role is crucial for ensuring that we hire top talent to support our growing
operations in the tire distribution and medical manufacturing (LatexMed) sectors.

The Recruiter will also be required to travel to our branches and sites in Cairo and Upper Egypt
to manage on-ground recruitment activities, conduct interviews, and support local hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening,
interviews, and job offers.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective
recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through online platforms, social media, career fairs, and
professional networks.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical
assessments.
• Enhance the employer brand by providing positive candidate experience throughout the
hiring process.
• Travel to Cairo and Upper Egypt branches to support recruitment activities and local HR
needs.
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires when required.
From Job Offer Stage:
• Collect all candidate details (position, salary range, start date, etc.) and send them to the
Compensation/Payroll Department to prepare the formal job offer.
• Follow up with the Compensation Department to ensure the offer is prepared and sent to
the candidate on time.
• Once the candidate accepts, ensure all required pre-employment documents (IDs,
certificates, tax forms, etc.) are collected and properly filed.
Pre-Onboarding (Before Start Date):
• Maintain communication with the new employee, sharing necessary info like first-day
details, location, contact persons, etc.
• Ensure the employees’ workstation or tools (laptop, uniform, phone, etc.) are ready
before they arrive.
First Day / Orientation:
• Welcome the new hire on Day 1 and provide them with a clear induction schedule.
• Conduct or coordinate orientation sessions to introduce company structure, values,
policies, safety, and team roles.
• Facilitate introductions to the team and key managers.
