Senior Foreman
Manchester
Start - ASAP
Contract - 8 weeks minimum
Mon - Fri - 9 hours per day
We are looking for a Senior foreman based in Manchester on a contract basis for a minimum of 8 weeks.
Coordinating leader, responsible for managing multiple foremen, enforcing standards, and supporting delivery of the wider programme. Also responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, leading multiple trade teams, and ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
This role acts as a key liaison between site management and the workforce, often taking responsibility for resource allocation, progress monitoring, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination.
Ideal skills and qualifications;
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in 萝莉原创 Site Supervision / 萝莉原创 Operations Supervision
- CSCS Gold Supervisory Card (Foreman/Supervisor category)
- SSSTS or SMSTS (Site Supervisor or Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - SMSTS
- Health & Safety Awareness Training, Manual Handling Training
