Research Assistant, you will support primary research projects by identifying industry experts, coordinating consultations, managing project data, and upholding compliance standards. The Qualifications We Seek
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, statistics, or related field
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify patterns
Excellent research skills and ability to learn new industries quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Your Daily Tasks Research & Expert Identification
Conduct research to identify and recruit qualified industry experts across multiple sectors
Review literature, industry reports, and databases
Perform targeted searches via LinkedIn and other platforms
Evaluate expert qualifications for project alignment
Project Support & Coordination
Assist senior research staff with methodologies and frameworks
Coordinate expert consultations, meetings, surveys, and events
Prepare project materials and briefing documents
Track project milestones and maintain accurate documentation
Data Collection & Analysis
Conduct screening interviews for expert candidates
Collect and organize research data following quality protocols
Support survey design and implementation
Assist in analyzing findings and preparing summary reports
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with all standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain detailed records of research activities
Uphold confidentiality and data privacy protocols
Support compliance in maintaining audit-ready documentation
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage correspondence with clients, experts, and internal stakeholders
Process scheduling requests and expense reports
Maintain organized databases of research materials
Participate in team meetings and support process improvement
