Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance around site(tenanted properties), supporting all trades across various internal responsive repair works.
- Basic joinery including, repairs or replacements of doors, windows, kitchens and bathrooms.
- Basic Plumbing including repairing or replacing taps, basins, baths, shower trays/heads, sanitary ware.
- Basic patch plastering.
- Basic painting and decorating
Requirements:
- This role will require a full UK Driving Licence.
- This role will require a full DBS check to be taken.
- Experience in all of the trades above.
