What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing a small, high-potential sales team
- Driving pipeline quality, conversion, and forecasting accuracy
- Embedding best-in-class sales process, CRM discipline, and reporting
- Supporting and shaping high-value, strategic deals
- Building and growing channel / partner relationships to unlock new revenue streams
- Acting as the bridge between commercial and technical delivery teams
- What we're looking for:
Proven background in B2B consultative sales within:- Energy consultancy
- Energy services / compliance
- Renewables or technical advisory environments
- Experience leading and developing sales teams
- Strong track record of improving sales performance, structure, and discipline
- Comfortable as a player-manager - equally at home coaching a team or closing deals
- Experience building partnerships, channels, or indirect sales routes
- Commercially sharp, data-driven, and confident influencing at senior level
