The Role As a Junior BMS Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of BMS projects across a range of commercial and critical environments. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing both your technical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the design and implementation of BMS solutions Supporting project delivery from initial concept through to commissioning Learning BMS software, controls strategies, and system integration Working closely with senior engineers on-site and remotely Supporting testing, commissioning, and system optimisation Producing technical documentation and reports Training & Development

Structured on-the-job training with experienced BMS engineers

Exposure to leading BMS systems and technologies Ongoing technical development and mentoring Clear progression pathway into a Project Engineer position Key Requirements

Good understanding of building services (HVAC, electrical systems, etc.) Strong willingness to learn and develop within BMS Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Full UK driving licence (preferred) Relevant qualifications in engineering or building services (desirable)
