About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join our team on a busy construction site in Fairford. You will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of build, ensuring all plots are completed to a high standard, on time, and ready for handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee 2nd fix works across multiple plots
Manage and coordinate snagging activities to ensure timely completion
Ensure all finishes meet quality standards and client expectations
Work closely with subcontractors and site teams to drive progress
Monitor health and safety compliance on site
Support site management in achieving project deadlines
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card
SMSTS qualification
First Aid at Work certificate
Full UK driving licence
Proven experience in a similar Finishing Manager role within residential construction
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple plots
